The Bacchus Family wine Chardonnay is a single vineyard Gingin clone wine, made using traditonal a basket press, french oak barrels and long ferments. the wine is matured in the barrels it ferments in, on its yeast lees for 10 months before being filtered and bottled. unfined and unstabilsed, this wine is as close to the traditions of the past as we can.
