2021 Bacchus Family Wine Red

The 2021 Bacchus Family Wine is a single vineyard wine from Margaret River. The fruit for this wine is selected from the best patches of the vineyard and blended together at harvest, co fermented in small open vessels with selected yeasts, hand plunged daily to extract the best out of the grapes. After basket pressing the wine is matured in classy French oak for as long as it needs before bottling. Hand made utilizing modern technology with the utmost respect for the old traditions.
